There is an old saying that says, “Once is an accident, twice is a coincidence, three times is a pattern.”
There are at least four Chinese bio labs/unauthorized bio lab research facilities in the US. That is well above the “oh sh*t” level of concern.
Just how many Chinese biolabs are there really? We don’t know. But I do know of four examples where there are Chinese Nationals working in bio labs or at a university lab that have the potential to produce bioweapons without the university’s permission.
In 2023, it was discovered that there was an illegal lab filled with infectious agents, medical waste, and hundreds of mice bioengineered “to catch and carry the Covid-19 virus,” according to Fresno County, Calif. authorities.
The lab owner is a Chinese citizen and has a multitude of different aliases. He prefers his English alias of David He. Mr. He made Covid test kits for the US and China along with other test kits. None were properly regulated and could have led to false positives or negatives. Where were the regulators/approvers? Shouldn’t they have known these kits were not properly vetted?
The company never had a business license. Consequently, the California city of Reedley was unaware they were operating an illegal lab.
The lab was discovered when a city code enforcer noticed a garden hose attached to a building that was thought to be vacant. The Fresno Public Health Department began its investigation and found various chemicals, suspected biological materials, body fluids, and hundreds of lab mice.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention was called in and found 30 freezers and refrigerators with at least 20 potentially infectious agents.
Mr. He is currently in jail awaiting trial and claims innocence.
“As part of his scheme, the defendant changed his name, the names of his companies, and their locations,” US Attorney Phillip Talbert said. “The disarray at the Reedley lab led to the glare of publicity He was trying to avoid, and the ensuing investigation unraveled his efforts to circumvent the requirements that are designed to ensure that medical devices are safe and effective.”
The second biolab discovery occurred in June of 2025. Two Chinese researchers, Yunqing Jian and Zunyong Liu were accused of smuggling toxic fungus into the U.S. for their work at a University of Michigan laboratory. The Department of Justice said the biological pathogen is classified as a potential agroterrorism weapon. Jian was here on a visa and her boyfriend, Liu, was “just visiting,” carrying this illegal fungus into the U.S.
Liu allegedly claimed he brought the pathogen into the country to do research at UM’s laboratory, where Jian worked, even though it was not approved for testing by the university.
The fungus causes “head blight” that can destroy wheat, barley, corn, and rice. That would result in billions of annual economic losses worldwide. Currently, both face multiple charges including conspiracy and making false statements to federal agents.
The FBI Director Kash Patel minced no words on his statement concerning these two individuals. He specifically brought up the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) as being involved. He stated this case is “a sobering reminder that the CCP is working around the clock to deploy operatives and researchers to infiltrate American institutions and target our food supply, which would have grave consequences… putting American lives and our economy at serious risk.”
The third incident occurred in November, again at the University of Michigan. Xu Bai and Fengfan Zhang were charged with conspiracy to smuggle biological materials into the U.S. Zhiyong. Zhang was charged with making false statements to federal agents.
All three men were research scholars in the University of Michigan laboratory of UM Professor Shawn Xu of the Life Sciences Institute.
“Allegedly attempting to smuggle biological materials under the guise of ‘research’ is a serious crime that threatens America’s national and agricultural security,” said US Attorney General Pamela Bondi. “We will remain vigilant to threats like these from foreign nationals who would take advantage of America’s generosity to advance a malicious agenda.”
UM initiated an internal investigation into the Shawn Xu laboratory. All three defendants refused to attend a mandatory meeting or participate in the investigation and so were terminated. This termination made them eligible for removal by the Department of Homeland Security. All three attempted to leave the country and were arrested at JFK airport.
The Federal government is investigating the University of Michigan.
The fourth incident occurred in Las Vegas, Nevada. On Jan. 31, 2026, a whistle blower reported that people in a rental home were getting sick when entering the garage. The Las Vegas police investigated and found biological vials of unknown substances and notified the FBI. This investigation led to finding multiple refrigerators, red/brown unknown liquids in gallon-sized containers, and refrigerated vials with unknown liquids.
The home is owned by David Destiny Discovery LLC, a business registered through the Nevada Secretary of State’s Office. Interestingly, David He is one of the primary officers of the LLC. David He is the Reedley, Calif. person awaiting trial. Another primary officer of the LLC is Wang Zhao Yan, who is currently in China to avoid authorities. Yan allegedly monitors the lab remotely.
The rental property manager is Ori Solomon, an Israeli citizen, who was arrested. He denies all knowledge of the biologicals in the garage. He was also arrested for possessing firearms, which he is not authorized to have under his visa. He is currently out on bail awaiting trial.
All of this makes me nervous. Two of these labs were found by local code inspectors. The UM lab is also very suspicious. And all these individuals are in this country either under visa or as visitors.
How many Chinese unauthorized bio labs are there? At least four remind me of cockroaches. If you find roach, there are hundreds nearby.
How many Chinese have entered here illegally who could potentially be working on things to bring us down. During the four years of the Biden Administration, there were more than 176,000, many of whom were males of military age.
It isn’t easy to get a Chinese passport. The process can be extremely onerous. I suppose someone in good standing with the Chinese Communist Party would have an easier time of it. That doesn’t provide me with a warm fuzzy knowing so many are here illegally and many may want to do us harm.
We know from our Covid experiences how harmful biological agents can be. Remember the lockdowns, the social distancing, the masking, Covid passports, and the closures of our schools?
We need to be vigilant and proactive before another “pandemic” divides America. Our enemies are here, having easily gained access to our country.

Ms. Boyle sees a boogeyman lurking in every shadow, and a conspiracy around every corner. Please give it up, madam, and take up knitting, or something. This isn’t making you famous, as much as you want it to.
Hans, do you dispute the facts in the article? If so, let’s discuss the facts, not ad hominem attacks. Are you still social distancing? Are you still wearing your mask? Thanks for paying attention to this matter.
Oh really Hans? Seems like all of Mrs Boyles “conspiracy theories” about COVID were correct! Keep your head in the sand and you will be wearing masks again full time!
The deeper question is. how, many are funded with our tax money, like the one in Wuhan?
