June 22, 2026 – I question why we are currently supporting 120 biolabs in 30 countries with over 40 located in war-torn Ukraine. This bombshell came from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard as she was leaving office to care for her sick husband.
As part of this newfound transparency, Gabbard wants the Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) to investigate where all these biolabs are located and what biohazards these labs may be working on or with to include gain-of-function experiments. This is also to comply with President Trump’s Executive Order 14292.
Let’s step back in history.
In 2022, Director Gabbard stated these biolabs, especially in Ukraine, could be at risk for compromise due to the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war. She identified past secrecy and oversight issues, “Until now, information surrounding the existence, history, locations and funding of these US funded biolabs has been intentionally covered up by powerful people falsely claiming that they do not exist and accusing anyone who says otherwise to be foreign assets and traitors to America. Many of these US government-funded biolabs are currently or have previously engaged in research using hazardous and highly contagious pathogens, in some cases to include dangerous Gain-of-Function research, with very little visibility or oversight.”
Former Sen. Mitt Romney accused Gabbard of “treasonous lies” and parroting Russian disinformation. In 2022, as a civilian, Tulsi Gabbard was also placed on the “Quad-S” travel watchlist that required her to be patted down any time she flew. The designation also meant there were two explosive detection canine teams, a transportation security specialist, a plainclothes TSA supervisor, and three federal air marshals on any flight that she was on without her knowledge.
In response, Gabbard called on Romney to resign unless he could back up his comments.
“You’ve called me a treasonous liar simply for stating the fact that there are over 25 U.S.-funded bio labs in Ukraine, which, if breached, would release and spread deadly pathogens across the United States and the world,” Gabbard said in a video posted on Twitter.
In February of 2022 (same year) an online sleuth with the handle @WarClandestine noted the first Russian air strikes were across Ukraine in cities that had US linked biolabs.
Outrage occurred again. Twitter suspended WarClandestine’s account the next day. Homeland Security’s Newswire made his name public (Jacob Creech) and smirked he was a “wine bar manager” and labeled him a “fringe QAnon figure.” The Anti-Defamation League defamed him as an “extremist” as did left wing media.
Even Russia went to the U.N. with a complaint for an emergency U.N. Security Council meeting. Russia alleged it had found evidence of “US‑funded military biological programs” in Ukraine, including work on “biological weapons components”. The U.S., UK, and others dismissed Russian biolab complaints to the Security Council as disinformation and gaslighting.
Perhaps the early bombing in Ukraine by Russia of cities where they knew biolabs existed was to prove their point. Or just maybe to blame the Ukraine government for biological warfare if a biolab were to be damaged.
And here we are today. Vindicating those who had been mocked and harassed for telling the truth. Just like those who opposed the Covid-19 vaccine and its masking, social distancing, closing of businesses and schools.
Fast forward to the latest declassified information. Gabbard said the following:
“After months of searching through intelligence community holdings and files, I’m releasing new evidence of long-standing US government funding of more than 120 biolabs in over 30 countries.
Many of these U.S. government-funded biolabs are currently or have previously engaged in research using hazardous and highly contagious pathogens, in some cases to include dangerous Gain-of-Function research, with very little visibility or oversight.”
And we wonder why we don’t believe the government. I want to know why we have to fund 120 biolabs in 30 countries. Is there gain-of-function occurring in labs with little oversight and required guardrails? It’s déjà vu to the Wuhan Virology Lab and “it’s not a lab leak– “it’s the pangolin.”
It’s frightening to know we spent more than $1.4 billion on possible enhanced potential pandemic pathogens between 2014 and 2023.
You remember Anthony Fauci’s mindset. All the way back in 2012, Fauci argued that the benefits of gain-of-function research are worth the increased risk of a potential pandemic-causing lab accident. Little did we know at that time what truth would spring from that as we look back on the Covid years.
Who knows what gain-of-function research we are funding in foreign countries much less in our own country. And if we do find out and dare to speak the truth, I wonder which “we support the First Amendment” groups or mainstream media will stand ready to doxx the truth sayers just as they have done in the past.

Just how many biolabs do we need to fund? And why? Are we planning for the next “plandemic”?

No one who actually understands virology research thinks the Tulsi Gabbard “revelations” about biolabs and Fauci are a big deal at all. Only anti vaccine conspiracy theorists and pro Russian propagandists.
It’s worth mentioning that China has unregulated and unlicensed biolabs set up in single family homes in various neighborhoods in America.
