Linda Boyle: When will the tyrants of the Covid years be held accountable?

Sept. 28, 2026 – We may be six years out from the start of the Covid era, but we are not yet out of the woods as far as what still needs to be done.  There are still those who have not been held accountable for the lies, the misinformation, the violation of our First Amendment rights, and the outrage against those who refused to mask, or take the jab. Many of our everyday citizens were vilified by their government and their neighbors.  

No one in the government hierarchy seems to have a need to say they made a mistake. That they were wrong. Instead, they will keep this playbook for the next plandemic.  

I do see things beginning to happen that will perhaps lead to accountability that could not have occurred in 2021.  Here is some good news: https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/no-accountability-yet-covid-era-crimes-not-forget-how-far-we-have-come/

1.   Robert F. Kennedy is the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS).  Two of his deputies include Dr. Jay  Bhattacarya, and Dr. Martin Kulldorf (PhD.) who helped write “The Great Barrington Declaration.”

2.   The trove of insight from the Dr. Anthony Fauci’s diary on all his lies, deceptions, hiding information from the public, and his sworn testimony (or lack thereof) led to him being held in criminal contempt by the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee.  This charge was forwarded to the Department of Justice which must decide what can be done after President Biden’s blanket autopen pardon. But that has not stopped several states from investigating him at the state level. 

3.    Dr. David Morens, a long time aide to Fauci, plead guilty to one count of “conspiracy to commit offenses and to defraud the United States” under a deal reached with federal prosecutors in Maryland.  He faces a maximum of 5 years in prison and a $250,000 fine, but the court could just give him probation and an ankle monitor. He is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 12. Morens also implicated Peter Daszak, Ph.D., and other co-conspirators. 

4.    Vincent Munster, PhD is awaiting criminal sanctions for smuggling over 100 monkeypox samples through U.S. customs for “gain-of-function” research.

5.   Poul Thorsen,  a scientist who had worked for the CDC was arrested for money laundering and wire fraud of over $1 million in CDC grant money.  The funds were earmarked for autism and public health research, but Thorsen allegedly used them to buy a home, two cars and a motorcycle. Thorsen produced fraudulent studies about vaccines and autism.  He has a plea deal, but no details are yet known. 

6.   Dr. Meryl Nass who was harassed by the Maine State Board of Medicine to include forced mental health evaluation, drug and alcohol evaluation, and suspension of her medical license for prescribing Ivermectin to treat covid patients just won a major legal victory.  A  judge ruled she can now sue the State Board members personally for the actions they took.  Their broad immunity that they thought would protect them has been pierced.  The judge said, “You can go after them for damages, even potentially including punitive damages.”  This sets a groundbreaking precedent. “There were a whole lot of doctors out there that had similar attacks.” “Somebody had to do it.”

While these are touted as wins, until I see definitive action with strong consequences, I’m not holding my breath. RFK was initially a blessing and still is for all the work he has done on our food pyramid, getting dyes out of our food, and trying to bring immunizations in line with European countries.  

Many food companies stated they would get rid of the dyes out of our food, not as many have done so.  One highlight for me is Aramark Student Nutrition, that provides food to 350 school districts, has removed these dyes from core food items.  It’s a start.

Splitting the measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) vaccine into three separate vaccines was also a great idea that is one of Trump’s Executive Orders.  But Merck, which is one of the two companies that makes the MMR vaccine, said it would take up to a decade to separate the shots. “Even under current expedited review pathways, it could take years—potentially as many as 10—to meet the safety and efficacy requirements to obtain FDA approval and then begin manufacturing and commercialization” of single-disease shots.”

It is simply amazing how quickly drug companies could make a vaccine under Emergency Use Authorization during those fearful early Covid years.

And I was excited when the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices made recommendations to pull back from Covid vaccines for everyone and stop babies from getting a hepatitis B shot at birth. 

But then the CDC quietly reinstated its July 2025 Covid-19 vaccination recommendations, including recommending the vaccine for “off-label” use for infants and children, Maryanne Demasi, PhD., reported. The changes bring the CDC recommendations in line with a court order issued in March by U.S. District Judge Brian E. Murphy.

So much for having a committee make recommendations based on the science.  Instead, you fold to outside pressure from Big Pharma—doing what will save the CDC but not our children.

Over 20 states have chosen to go their own way—back to the old recommendations to include the Covid jab. Several have done away with religious exemptions.  Somehow the mantra of the Covid years to “trust the CDC” disappears when Big Pharma has its hand in your pockets. 

The doctors and other researchers have “criminal charges pending” or awaiting sentencing.  or in Fauci’s case, determining what to do. Several have  plea deals pending.  None of that gives me a warm fuzzy.  

How much latitude was given to those who did not want to comply with those CDC edicts during the Covid years?  How many lost jobs, pensions, businesses, years of education to “stop the spread” when they knew that wasn’t needed?  

Today we have some who are still questioning why you haven’t taken your 19^th jab.  I still see people in public spaces with masks on. 

And now the Food and Drug Administration has approved Moderna’s mFLUSIVA, the first mRNA-based flu vaccine, for adults ages 50 and older.  This was done without going through the ACIP/CDC process.

How does that happen? A lot of pressure from lawsuits, medical organizations, states, and Big Pharma. 

How do you stay informed?  Certainly, I would not recommend listening to a lot of the mainstream doctors who are rewarded for putting shots in your children’s arms.  

Nor would I trust what mainstream media touts as success stories.
