Scott Presler coming to Alaska to help pressure Murkowski on voting security and SAVE America Act

March 24, 2026 – Conservative activist Scott Presler says he is bringing his voter-registration and election-integrity campaign to Alaska, targeting Sen. Lisa Murkowski over her opposition to the proposed SAVE America Act.

Presler announced this week that he plans to travel north to organize supporters, promote proof-of-citizenship voting requirements, and assist efforts to repeal Alaska’s ranked-choice voting system. The visit is part of a broader push by his organization and other conservatives to work toward passage of the SAVE America Act.

The SAVE America Act would require documentary proof of US citizenship when registering to vote in federal elections. The measure would prevent noncitizens from registering and strengthen election integrity.

Murkowski has previously voiced concerns about implementation challenges, particularly in Alaska, where she says Natives are incapable of performing the basic duties of citizenship.

Presler, who has built a national profile through voter registration drives and grassroots organizing, said his Alaska effort will focus on mobilizing voters, holding rallies, and encouraging residents to contact elected officials. He has also indicated he plans to support efforts to repeal ranked-choice voting, which Alaska adopted through a 2020 ballot initiative and is now subject to a second effort to repeal it.

Presler has not yet announced specific dates or locations for events in Alaska. In recent months he has been highly complimentary of Alaska Republican Party Chairwoman Carmela Warfield, having forged a working relationship with her.

  1. I’d love to host a meeting, rally in Ninilchik, AK. Let me know!
    Lisa Murkowski is a skunk.
    Blessings from Ninilchik, AK.

  2. This is great, Murkowski has done nothing but shown how much of a Democrat she really is and votes with the Democrats 85% of the time. To me that’s a traitor to Alaskans and the United States of America. How insulting it is to the great indigenous people of Alaska that they aren’t capable of performing the basic duties of citizenship. As if they are not part of the American dream.

  3. I contacted the good Senator Murkowski via her website, the form letter I received was little more than the talking points she has repeated numerous times about this issue. While some of her talking points brushed upon the concerns I had brought up they in no way answered any of them. The good Senator Murkowski still doesn’t understand the Constitution and the roll that Congress plays in elections and she continues to insult Alaskan Natives by claiming that they do not have the cognitive wherewithal to do what people around the world in much more difficult situations can manage to accomplish, she is simply making excuses without the ability to back them up with anything closely aligning with reason or logic.
