Linda Boyle: Will anyone ever be held accountable for the Covid years of deception and destruction?

May 21, 2026 – I keep hoping we will get to the true story as to what happened and how it happened during the Covid years.   Too many lives were lost to just sweep this “pandemic” under the carpet. Too many lies were told to protect Big Pharma and political narratives.

We cannot allow the misinformation from government to go unchallenged.

And Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson, Chairman of the Senate’s Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations (PSI),  has taken on this misinformation challenge.

On April 29, the committee held a hearing and released a majority interim report entitled “Unmasked:  How Biden Health Officials Purposely Turned a Blind Eye Toward COVID-19 Vaccine Safety Signals.”

Senator Johnson stated that the Biden Administration’s FDA lied to the American people.

“They lied boldface. They knew better. They lied,” he said. “It’s a massive cover-up, and people paid for that cover-up with their lives and permanent disabilities.”

He based this strong statement on over 600 pages of emails obtained through the Freedom of Information Act and whistleblower testimony.

According to the committee’s report, in early 2021 FDA  learned a new “state-of-the-art” data mining method was available to better detect statistically significant safety signals for adverse events seen with the Covid-19 jab.  This was discovered within three months of the roll out of the jabs.

At that time, FDA’s data-mining system had a known limitation called masking, which can prevent important vaccine safety signals from being detected.

The methodology that reduced masking was developed by Dr. Ana Szarfman, then a senior medical officer and safety data mining developer at the FDA, in collaboration with Dr. William DuMouchel, the then-chief statistician at Oracle and inventor of the data mining algorithm that supported FDA’s current data mining system.

Using a method designed to reduce that problem, Dr. Szarfman and Dr. DuMouchel identified about 25 statistically significant adverse-event signals linked to the Covid-19 vaccines that the FDA’s standard approach had missed, including sudden cardiac death, Bell’s palsy, and pulmonary infarction. Dr. Szarfman then promptly shared these findings with FDA officials responsible for vaccine safety monitoring.

Szarfman even shared more findings with other senior officials at the FDA on at least three different occasions in April 2021, May 2021, and July 2021. That data were even more damning.

You’d think this would have led to major changes. That the FDA would inform the public so that decisions could be made whether or not to take the shot and risk the complications.  Or even discuss with Big Pharma to suspend the shots from until more information could be gained.

Government emails suggest the government responded very differently. Records indicate that Biden health officials ignored the statistically significant safety signals identified by the new methodology and focused more on Dr. Szarfman’s work than on her findings. Ultimately, she was told to stop her analysis because  “officials feared her findings would fuel ‘anti-vax’ rhetoric.” In a recent interview with PSI staff, Szarfman stated FDA colleagues treated her as a “pest” and “persona non grata” for raising vaccine safety concerns.

Most importantly, Sen. Johnson said the FDA knew Covid jabs were “showing safety signals for mass death” and chose not to share that information.

Meanwhile, remember Dr. David Morens who was a senior advisor to ex-NIAID Director Dr. Anthony Fauci during the Covid years? Dr. Morens thought his private emails could not be accessed through the Freedom of Information Act. Was he ever wrong!

Morens was recently indicted by the Department of Justice for concealing federal records during the pandemic.

This indictment involves Morens’ desire to hide the true origin of the pandemic.  Referenced in the indictment was that great quote by Morens:

“I learned from our FOIA lady here how to make emails disappear after I am FOIA’d, but before the search starts, so I think we are all safe. Plus, I deleted most of those earlier emails after sending them to gmail.”

Also problematic for Morens is the accusation that he hid, destroyed, and falsified federal records related to an “unnamed” company that held an NIH grant to study the emergence of bat coronavirus in collaboration with the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China.

Enter Dr. Peter Dazsak, from EcoHealth Alliance. While not currently indicted, he is barred from grants from NIH for five years due to the gain-of-function research in Wuhan China that he was involved in.

Then there is Dr. Ralph Baric, University of North Carolina, who was doing questionable bat research.  The news of his retirement, announced via an email to the faculty, comes as the federal government seeks to debar Baric. The US Department of Health and Human Services has proposed banning him from receiving federal funding for his research.

In the email notifying Baric of the decision, HHS accuses him of a “pattern of deception” in communications with the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Of interest, Baric’s lab and his collaborators have been awarded more than $200 million over the past 40 years.

As for those accusations, Baric told Science magazine: “They’re bull (expletive).”

Yes, the bad actors are being indicted.  But will they be held accountable for all the damage their lies did?

And what about the lead dog who orchestrated all this?  What will ever happen to Saint Fauci?

Sen. Rand Paul (R, KY) told the Department of Justice it had until 11 May 2026 to indict Fauci. That would be five years since Fauci lied to Congress on gain-of-function studies.  Fauci also lied about not destroying emails because Senator Paul has copies of emails that Fauci told staff to destroy the email after reading it.

No indictment occurred.

Remember, President Biden gave Fauci a blanket preemptive pardon for offenses spanning the preceding ten years  in case Fauci would be charged with a crime. Fauci said “Let me be perfectly clear: I have committed no crime and there are no possible grounds for any allegation or threat of criminal investigation or prosecution of me.”

In December, President Donald Trump declared the pardon, and others signed by autopen, null and void. The Justice Department has not ruled on  that claim, which depends on the argument that Biden was too mentally diminished to have authorized it.

Is there any hope Fauci will be held accountable?

How about all the federal government employees who spread misinformation about Covid, masking, social distancing?

Without accountability, Americans will continue to lose trust in the government and the healthcare industry.

But we must not give up.  We must hold many accountable for our dying relatives. We must hold many accountable for losing our jobs. We must hold many accountable for losing our health, for destroying family relationships, and for dividing Americans from Americans.

We cannot afford otherwise.
